We are closed on December, 24, 25 and 31, and on January 1.

Reservations

We suggest that you make a reservation for your massage. We do not, however, take reservations for admission to the baths. Please note that on busy days, we accept a maximum number of people to use our facilities at any one time. This is to ensure your comfort.

A valid credit card number is required to make a reservation for a massage; no payment is deducted until you arrive.

Cancellation policy: Any change or cancellation of an appointment for a massage must be made 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.

It is suggested that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your appointment for a massage.

General Information

A bathing suit, towel(s) and sandals are required.

It is possible to rent dressing gowns and towels and to buy sandals at the site.

Soap and a hairdryer are available in the changing rooms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our facilities.

Thermotherapy and thermic contrasts are not suitable for women who are pregnant, persons suffering from major cardiac or respiratory problems, or those who suffer from high blood pressure or diabetes. When in doubt, please consult your doctor.

So that each visitor may relax in a silent environment, we ask our clients to talk quietly from the moment they arrive, and to respect the instructions about maintaining silence at the spa.

Food, glass containers, cameras, tobacco and alcohol are banned on the site.

For reasons of health and safety, consuming alcohol or drugs is strongly discouraged before your spa experience.
