Credit card reservations are required for treatments and massages. Reservations can be made by phone or in person. A valid credit card number is required to confirm reservations; the full fee will be charged to the card for all cancellations and modifications made within 24 hours of the appointment. Please arrive 30 minutes before your massage or treatment.
NPlease note that we do not book reservations for access to the baths. However, to ensure your comfort during busy periods, we have set a maximum to the number of people who can use our facilities at the same time.
All our massage therapists are members of a recognized association or federation and can issue insurance receipts.
The minimum age to access the Spa is 16.
Please note that the thermal experience is not recommended for pregnant women, or people with heart or respiratory problems, high blood pressure or diabetes. We recommend that you consult your doctor beforehand.
It is recommended to avoid alcohol before the thermal experience.
Food, glass containers, cameras, tobacco products and cellular phones are prohibited.
